Streamers choose which ad to show and at what size. If they don’t choose, we assign the campaign with the fewest impressions first, so the impressions you buy are delivered evenly.

How we measure
We only count viewers who were there before and after the ad
We check concurrent viewers every 15 minutes (on the hour, :15, :30 and :45). The lower of the readings before and after an ad becomes its base viewer count, and only completed 15-second segments count as impressions — a conservative method that isn’t swayed by brief spikes.

While your ad runs, your link is posted in chat automatically (VIDEO and AUTO: at least once per play; IMAGE: at least every 15 minutes), using the text you entered when creating the campaign.

Billing, budget & cancellation
- Prepaid. Ads stop when your budget is used up.
- Delivery may run up to 1% over, but Supernova covers the overage and never bills you for it.
- Advertisers with an ongoing track record can switch to post-payment by agreement.
- Cancellation fees: 15% of the purchase if canceled within 10 business days after purchase and before the campaign starts; 25% of the undelivered balance after it starts.
- The launch partner discount (50% off) also applies to LIVE AD, capped at ₩195,000 (~$145).
